  I have contacted my hosting, siteground. They responded it is an issue with the theme.
  
  Could you please look into my site [Links visible only for registered users] and see where the issue could lie? I have tried the first solution, my .htaccess doesn't have:
  
  "<Files *.php>

  deny from all
  </Files>"
  
  so I added the snippet you suggested and the page shows site grounds under construction default template page.
  
  The second solution I am unsure how to check / do as the solution isn't very clear.

  Sorry but we do not agree with your admins at all. They probably don't know what they say. We guarantee it is not related with theme. We got about 1% of users who got this issue in the past and in every case admin was able to sort it on server side.
  
  We also did a screenshot especially for you of the content of [Links visible only for registered users] file what you can see on [Links visible only for registered users] - is there nay information related with theme in this file? Sorry but we do not anything what means it's not due to theme.
