  this error i get when i try active theme:

  if you got "Internal Server" Error, you must contact with server admin because this problem is related with your server.

  no, its not server problem.

  Yes, it is server problem. Another theme does not have such many options like our theme and that's why is not the same size. Just compare our theme size and this another one. Our is about 25MB, another one is probably 5MB or at least 10MB. You must understand that it is impossible to have such many options like BeTheme and being such small like another themes (5-10MB). It's just technically impossible. We know what we say very well because we tested it hundreds of times.   You can try to install this theme via FTP because limits may be only on files uploading.
  
  P.S. If you want to get the refund, please contact with Envato because they are the seller in this case. And btw there is no need to be so rude because the problem is not on our side but is related with your poor hosting. Also, like you see, for all other customers theme works fine so don't you think that you are wrong? Just think about it.

  Yes, we read your message of course but we can not agree with you because you are wrong. You probably did not read what we wrote above. Since you don't understand what we wrote above, your trying to tell us that 20000 of our customers are wrong, right? You must understand that this problem is not related with theme. You are uploading wrong theme file or it's because of limits on your server side.
