Can't replicate demos

I have downloaded BeTheme successfully into wordpress and added the Xml file, but still can't get the original journalist demo site...Can you help please?

I have carefully read the instructions but not achieving anything.

Hi,

any pre-made layout can be imported from BeTheme Demo Data > Demo section. We are just wondering which instruction you read carefully if you downloaded xml files. We do not support that kind of files since very long time and all demos are included directly into theme package. Well you have info that suggest both, so because I couldn't get it to be like the demo I thought the XML file would import the content I needed.

However, I have another issue in the installation I did not get the plugins Envato toolkit or Punch Fonts and in your demo on you tube

you say this is needed to get the site working?

Can you advise?

Also, I cannot control the menu settings, every time I try a theme I get a duplicated menu ...How do I control this?

Envato Toolkit does not work anymore but this plugin is unnecessary. You don't need it for proper theme work. More details about this you can read on https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit/issues/85

What about the menu settings? What problem you have exactly? How you get menu items duplicated?

BTW Above video does not belong to us. One of our customers did this video.

Hi please help I just bought this last week and paid for the extra 12 month support too.

I just got a reasonable control of my site and then received an email saying the site has an update, but went to the download and confused how to do this.

I checked the site and there are definitely themes I don't have installed...

All details about theme update, you can read on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/13/how-update-to-the-new-version-of-be-theme but personally we recommend to update theme via FTP because it's the safest way and you are always sure that you did not lost any files while update.
