Should I rework again after getting 'update' of theme?

Hi, I just got email from evato that 'theme's update' is available, version 
Latest Version 4.2 – September 13, 2014
 Now my question is: how can I use this update? should I re-install again or how? If I will re install then should I re-write everything again?

Please bear with me.
