Envato toolkit : API key invalid
Hello,
I would like to update my website to your latest Betheme version :

(What do you mean by "to have made changes in the files" ? Does it mean changes made through > Appearance > Editor > CSS sheets ?

"Username and/or API Key invalid."
However, I'm sure I've put the right API code generated on my Envato account ! I've wait some hours, I've refreshed everything, put new API codes...
could you help me to find a solution ?

if you did not modified any theme files, then why you compare files with Beyond Compare? Sounds like you have no idea about the coding and such stuff so you supposed to overwrite theme files without modifying them. Please take a look on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/13/how-update-to-the-new-version-of-be-theme once again and check how to update theme without comparing files.
