I can't see the "Muffin Builder" and the "Be theme Options"

Hello

I was building my web site with Be theme. Suddenly i can't see the "Muffin builder" when i was editting a portfolio item (I was making some changes in a portfolio item with muffin builder, I saved the changes and update and muffin builder doesn't show anymore.

Then i tried to revise Be theme optiones. I click on Apearence and then in Be Theme optiones. Only a blank page is shown. No options appeared.

I try with Chrome, IE and Firefox (deleting cookies and all navigation data) and i get the same result.

WP version is 4.3.1 and Be Theme is 9.7.1

Please i need help

I tried to edit portfolio item again and the muffin builder apears. But only sometimes.

Be theme options still isn't work

Hi,

if Muffin Options are empty after installation, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

I had the same problem, BeTheme options blank page. I did all listed ways to increase memory limit, but still had no love. I couldn't get a hold of the host, so I had to figure out the way to get the BeTheme options page working.

Here is what I did.

renamed the plugins folder
opened BeTheme options in wp admin area and it worked!

I thought that the options page would only work while the plugins folder renamed, but to my surprise it works after I renamed the folder to its original name, plugins.

I wanted to share this info, so others would not spent too much time figure out a way to get BeTheme options page working and visible.

I have the problem that the theme options works fine but the builder on a site doesn't show any item to select and insert in builder.

How can i fix this?

I disable some plugins but nothing happened...its very difficult.

This is first time when we see something like that. We suggest to remove all theme files thru FTP and upload latest version thru FTP as well.

I delete the betheme folder and than i upload the new 11.9 folder. Nothing happened. Its the first side i have this problem

I have no spcial plugins. Can you understand how the bug can be? I can send you the admin login to take a fast look into the system.

Hi i am having the same problem with muffin builder it isn't showing i have about 20 sites with it on and the other's all seem to be still working please help.
