I can not update content NO! everything disappears

Please help me! I am there three days breaking my head and .. today I noticed that I can not absolutely NOTHING update via 'BeTheme' opions (using cafe) that everything disappears, showing only the image applied to the background, with no content. And all just around I install BeTheme Demo again (using cafe theme). Anything I change ... only logo, only menu color, background only ... any change via 'BETHEME options I lose everything and have to install again! And try again and.. the same! (its no cache problema, I asked this too). I do not know what else to do ... it is delaying me to project delivery.

Hi,

if Muffin Options are empty after installation or does not save as should, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

P.S. All limits you can check under Appearance > System Status section.

I tryed, change the limits and... no solution! Nothing happens, cant update my template, to my cliente! What can I do?! I need help!!! It need to work as expected, as the advertised template! It is no use if I can not update the template as the customer wants!? Waiting a solution! Tks Priscilla

The same happens when I try ANYTHING at template Café.

Ok. So please send us dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check but if the reason is not related with theme (we are sure it isn't) it would cost you because if you read Item Support Policy, you see that problems that are not related with theme, are not included into support.
