do you mean that your Muffin Options panel is empty or what? However if some of your options has removed, to get them back you need to contact with your admin and ask him for backups.
ok the backup is not the problem. i got one but still i have no chance to chose something from the muffin options. i have to deactivate all plugins then i can sometimes use the muffins options. so where is the error?
If Muffin Options are empty after installation or does not save as should, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. We don't have any recommended values because everything depends on hosting. For example in sames cases, everything works with 64 or 128MB memory while for other 256MB is not enough. Also if you may have a problems if you have extra addons installed like SUHOSIN.
