Hi,

I want add search bar { normal one } at the menu, and social link - facebook near it.

the search bar need to look like the one you have here - http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/

and how can i determante the color of the sub-menu when I hover it with the mouse?

Hi,

search style you can change under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section but social icons can not be next to it. Social icons can be only in Action Bar section (right top corner) what you can see on our main demo.

However, if you want to change hover color for sub-menu items, please send us url to page where you want to do it and we'll help you.

Like we wrote above, you can change search style under you can change under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section. You can switch to simple search field.

If this section does not look as http://pasteboard.co/2ATpRguE.png you supposed to update theme because you are using old version and that's why don't have all options included.

its not clear.

i need to go the be theme folder at my server, and open the last version - 10.8

overwrite all the files via filezilla. is it possible to overwrite the whole folder?

all the data and the pages will deleted?

there is better / simple way to do that?

Sorry but it's not clear for us what exactly is not clear for you exactly? What you do not understand exactly? You don't understand how to copy files or what? All you need to do is copy files from recent package into theme folder thru FTP. That's all you need to do. More details about this process you can find in Google. You won't lose any data if you did not modified any theme files. All settings, pages, etc are stored in database and are safe.

I updated the theme, some content lost.

at the 4 columns I make this color - #e1e1e3 as background, but its not across the board, how I make it all the width?

also - the background of the sub-menu i want change it to this color - 2991d6 where im do that?

Ok. So to change this hover effect, please use below css:

#Top_bar .menu > li ul li a:hover, #Top_bar .menu > li ul li.hover > a { background-color: #000 !important; }

What you ask for, requires files customization. We don't know how exactly you added this div element with social icons but for that section you must add style="float: left;" so the icons may go on the left side of the logo.

Ok. To make this logo full width, you need to use an extra css:

#Top_bar #logo { padding: 0 !important; }
.header-stack #Top_bar .logo { padding: 0 !important; }
#Top_bar .column { margin: 0 !important; width: 100% !important; }

Yes, above css works because we tested it and we are sure about that. Please remember that each custom css supposed to be pasted under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.

So if you pasted it under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section and it doesn't work, we suggest to move this code on 1st position because you must have errors in css and that's why any css below doesn't work.
