BeTheme Options Muffin Options panel is blank

There must be something wrong with my installation of the BeTheme because I have absolutely no options when I go to BeTheme Options. The Muffin Group Muffin Options panel shows up, with the green banner and the blue/grey vertical menu, but nothing appears when I click on any of the menu items...

Hi,

if Muffin Options are empty after installation, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

Thanks for the details! It seems your first suggestion worked. When all the plugins are deactivated, the Options panel appears. However, I can't turn the plugins back on without the options disappearing again. In the Systems Status I see that my WP memory limit is not high enough, so it's definitely a problem...

Hi, I think I fixed the memory problem, but now only some of the options actually save.

For example, I am trying to change colours and fonts, but when I save changes, the Muffin Options table is blank again. I click "save changes" again and it reloads but without my changes.

It means that you did not changed anything. Please send us link to file with phpinfo() which should be created on your server so we can have a look on your settings.

Just like we thought, your settings has not been increased. You can check System > Status Settings section and you will see what limits you got.

It says WP Memory limit is 256 MB, which is what I set in the wp-config.php file. Perhaps my server is still limiting it, even if it thinks it can go higher??

I changed my php settings to 7 and it worked
