BeTheme Installation & Configuration Problem

Installed BeTheme on a fresh install of WP on DigitalOcean 1GB node. I've configured all the PHP settings to the requirements.

I've encountered several problems:

1. The installation is stuck at 88% when I tried to import the prebuilt sites. The spinner stuck at "Content". Tried several times and the result is the same.
2. I then tried creating new pages from the scratch. I can't get into BeBuilder. It's stuck at Loading page content.

This is my second BeTheme install. Had no problems with the other website with a different host.

Okay, for some reason, I managed to fix the 2nd one by changing the Permalink to post type. I guess that created or fixed the htaccess or something (despite it saying only required for cache).

I still can't import prebuilt sites, which is a lesser issue, but somewhat concerning. At least I can build stuff from the scratch now.
