Hey, like pablo said , you need to tick the 'remove left margin' option. Maybe you ticked the overflow logo option by misstake? This would explain why it went big.The size of the logo can be set in theme options>global>logo.thanks

Hey Mike,this is most likely the max_input_vars value on your hosting. Please go to wordpress>betheme>system status and check the values there. You might need to contact your hosting provider to increase the input vars value to 5000.thanks

You are currently using the newest version so it did work. All should be fine now.Please disable all plugins, I also had issues on your admin with some stuff, after disabling them it all worked fine.
