HI, you have to edit the section and set the section style to full-width. If you are using a section bacground image then it will be not necessary to do that since backgrounds span thru the whole width anyway. thanks

HI, each column has a margin-bottom set by default to 50px and this is the reason why it has spaces. You would have to edit each column and set the margin to 0 or edit the section and select a style to remove vertical margins. thanks

Hi, the theme is compatible with IE9 an up. Maybe you are using some third party plugins and they cause the issue. If they cannot access the website that could be also some problems with your hosting and their ISP. thanks
