Hi, 1. Content padding, http://prntscr.com/iyff3q - you can disable it by editing the page and turning it off in the page options. 2. The visual composer container has top padding, edit it and remove the top padding. thanks

Sorry but this is not theme related, the woocommerce plugin controlls the image sized for the shop page. Please follow the instruction above, you need to change the image sizes and regenerate thumbnails. thanks
