@dorelextrabold You can only use scripts for pre-loading the page. If you have plugins or more scripts then it takes time before they load, giving the appaerance of the page flickering. thanks

As you can see there is a "loading" class added to the top_bar. This error shows that the user is using a cache plugins of some sort. Please disable all cache plugins and remove browser cache. Then refresh the page. Avoid JS minification. …
