If your client cannot see the slider and everybody else can then there is something wrong on their end. Probably ISP blocking some connections or browser cache. Sorry about the 'plugin disabling', you indeed mentioned it. thanks

Hi, please first disable all plugins except woocommerce. If this does not help, go to your FTP and remove the theme folder completly, then download and install the newest version of betheme. thanks

@ArtCollect Sorry but we do not support awesome js and if this makes the theme not usable then we can only suggest not using it. @dtpopmaat The best sollution would be to use the database reset plugin and remove only the theme options.
