Those error may be happening because some of your plugins are interfering or simply because the theme or plugin files are corrupted. We suggest removing the theme completly and reinstalling it, you can also do that with plugins.

You will have to have the action bar enabled in theme options>menu&action bar>action bar. Create your menu and go to appaerance>menu>manage locations, there replace the 'social menu top' with your custom menu.

Since there are so many items in your menu you must have installed this a couple of times. You need to go to appaerance>menus and enable the mega menu option since this is not imported witth the theme.
