Hi, You have selected the header under slider header style and it works fine, the sticky header shows when you scroll under the header. The sticky option for the mobile can be enabled in theme options>responsive>header. thanks

Ineed it is. Please first try to disable all plugins and purge cache, it may be caused by one of them. Make also sure that the wordpress language is set to a RTL langugage.
