Sorry but those elements are from VC and are hart to change the responsivness. There is no other way of choosing this, your client will just have to remember this. And lets not panic, it is not so hard, it is just drag and drop :)

Because the borders adds additional left and right spce which starts to scale the images. We really are not going anywhere with this, if you make the screen a bit smaller it will break even if you disable the border. This is not theme related, sorry…

HI, if you are not using any of those plugins then you can disable them freely. Even if you would disable all plugins the theme would work correctly. thanks
