Hi, sorry but the submenu will always hide, there is no possibility to show it when it is active in the theme. Font size can be only changed via custom css, we can give you the code but you will have to send us a link to this page. thanks

We checked and it is working fine now, to prevent future glitches please update the theme to the newest version as well as wordpress.

This could be the plugins that you are using, please disable them and check again. Also make sure that the cache is disabled and your browser cache is deleted.

@Epyfito Have you filled the plugin|woocommerce sidebar in appaerance>widgets? Also edit your main shop page and make sure that the layout options are set for the sidebars correctly.

Please first try to disable all plugins and then check again. We see the problem, it sometime load the content but not always. From the console we can see that this might be a jQuery issue from some plugin.

If you acitvate the child theme you can always go back to the parent theme. The only difference in the child theme will be that the widgets will get lost, you will have to recreate them. thanks
