I checked and everything works fine. I have added 4 images in the realization gallery and they showed up. Later I removed one image and now there are 3 available. Where exactly is the problem you are describing?

The blog teaser sets the image sizes itself, you just have to make sure that the big image is actually bigger than the smaller images so it gets croped propperly. Also the image sizes you set should be larger than the blogteaser.
