If you are using visual composer we will not be able to help. This will not work with the images, they are too small. You are understanding it wrong, the image has low resolution, we are not talking about actual size.

Hi,the update of the theme will not remove the custom css since it is held in the database. You must have entered it in the style.css file. They get replaced on the update. If you want to modify files please use the child theme
