It seems you have some cache plugin , please disable it and add an .ico file in theme options>global>general. Please also add the apple icon. If this does not help try going to your FTP and removing the icon manually and then uploading it agai…

Hi, it does not work because you cannot pass PHP code into a HTML field in the theme options. You would have to edit theme files to do that. thanks
