You have changed the size in theme options>fonts but you havent changed the line-height, it must be the same or more than the font size. This is why it collapses.

Please disable all plugins, if this does not help, go to the theme folder via FTP and remove everything, then install a fresh copy on the theme. We advise to make a backup.

Go to woocommerce>settings products tab>shop page And select your shop page. You probably have no shop page set and this is why the pages have diffrent sidebars.
