Hi,Check also if you have the suhosin script installed and what is the value of max_input_vars.Notice that even if you change the values the hosting provider may override them. So it is better if they change these vaules for you.

I do not quite know where are you going with the design. A better idea would be to install a pre-build website and work from there or install a prebuild website on another wordpress and comprare.

As you can see this includes files modifications in functions.php and child theme and we do not support this kind of modification. Our policy clearly states that when you buy the theme. Contact your web developer to make these changes.

When you use a custom color skin, the colors you set in options do not show up. The skin overwrites these options. Please send a link to your page, maybe we can help with css.

Yes, this is normal. All child themes get these files from the main theme. You would need to create a new file in the child theme and edit it there, with the same path. Then the child theme will read from it and not from the main theme.
