What do you mean loads broken css for a moment? The page loads, when it is loaded the script moves to the anchor. This is perfectly normal behavior.

Each on these fancy heading is a custom made one, we cannot target them because the background color is the row color. Please try to change the bacground of the row not the element. thanks
