Have you tried going in theme options>footer>general then scroll down to advanced section and check the Copyright & Social Bar option, it may be set to hide.

Go to theme options>custom css&js>css then paste the code I had send you ( the one on the yellow background) and save. Then reload the page. If you cannot see it try clearing the browser cache. Hope this helps
