Ok, fair enough. :)
-
... I mean, how can I force the slider to be LOADED before anything else?
-
It's a very small image. How can I make the slider appear before anything else?
-
Hi again, I forgot to stress that this is happening on MOBILES only. Could you delete your mobile cache and then look again, please?
-
Hi, Thanks. I have actually already used tinypng for all images, prior to upload. I then used the WP Smush plugin. Between these two tools, I have achieved a 94% score for for image optimisation. The problem is not image optimisation, it's image sca…

UPDATE I've been able to work out that the problem is not about activation (as the plugin and its support is provided by BeTheme and not a separate purchase) but about links to media files. I've now updated the links in the above-mentioned slider an…

What is a 'local server'?
-
I don't know what you mean. I want to be able to show certain pages of the site during client meetings, even if Interet access can't be guaranteed.
-
Hi, Do you mean you saved the specific URL I mentioned above and then tried to access it offline? That's what I'm trying to do. What is mamp/xamp? Where do I need to go in order to set it to default settings?
-
Ah... I figured it out. It's happening only when I'm logged into WordPress. Ok, thanks!
-
Ok... can I at least prevent it from showing two sliders on the right? I'm not sure why that's happening.
-
Great, many thanks. Is there a way to stop it showing with a white space at the bottom of the page, and also a second slider on wider / bigger screens? This is what I mean; the page is here. Note that I have removed the standard footer from this pa…

Just to be clear, when you say that "it's because of your custom css", do you mean custom CSS entered into BeTheme's CSS window or custom CSS entered into Slider Revolution's window?
-
It's a mobile issue, though. You won't see it on a computer.
-
Oh dear, ok. Could you suggest what custom CSS might be causing a conflict?
-
Perfect, thank you!!
-
Many thanks. No, we'd be talking about other pages. Each photographer will have a portfolio page featuring a slider. These will work like what you see here (my old pre-WordPress site). As you can see, the footer there is different to the main site.
-
Ah, that explains it! Great, many thanks. Is it possible to stop the site's regular footer from showing on the page on which I deploy the slider?
-
Hi again, I discovered that I could add this CSS: .tp-bgimg { -webkit-background-size: contain !important; background-size: contain !important; } However, as you can see if you look at it on a mobile in portrait orientation (see here), this l…

Hi, Do you mean Slider Settings > 4. Slide Layout > Auto? I switched this to auto, but nothing changed.
-
Perfect, thanks. :)
-
Thanks. I was able to remove both the title and portrait by typing title=0&portrait=0 under 'YouTube or Vimeo parameters' in the Muffin Builder window for the 'Video' item.
-
Hi, I know that when you get embed code for Vimeo videos, there is the option to remove the title: Step 1 Click the "Embed" button on the player on your video's Vimeo page. Step 2 Click the blue "Customize embed options" link whe…

Sure: this one, for example. The dates under 'Recent posts' are larger font than the titles.
-
Wonderful!!! That makes me very happy, as does all your wonderful and attentive support. Thank you so much!! :D
-
Yes, perfect! That sorted it. Thank you.
-
Perfect, thanks a bunch!
-
Thanks, I certainly do understand. :) I just tried switching to 'smooth scroll' instead of 'nice scroll' and found that this works much better without having to undo all the nice animation and parallax effects. So I'm happy. :)

Ah, ok!

Hi. I, too, cannot replicate the problem in Responsinator, and I cannot speak for Android, Windows and other devices, but I've sent the link to several people I know with Apple devices (iPhone 7 and 6S plus iPad 3 and iPad Air) and the problem occur…
