I want the menu to appear horizontally across the top, I want all the links to be visible, just like in the thumbnail image on your website; i don't want the little icon that when you click on it open

This is not a scalling issue, there are just too many menu items, either make the logo bigger or delete some menu items. You can also set the responsive menu breakpoint using the initial width option

So do you want your menu to always be scrolling and not be sliding down? We do not understand.

I have installed the HR theme and would like the menu to display horizontally across the top with a white line underneath the selected link, just like in the thumbnail preview on the betheme website.

Sorry but we do not have such a header style ready. You could only do that by choosing a sidebar on each page and inserting a muffin menu widget.

This is not a menu but an offerbox item, please edit the page end change this in the muffin builder.

Change it like that in the menu item name.
