Yes we know, we already told you this is your custom css. You could change the responsive menu brakpoint in theme options>responsive>header under initial width option.

Is there a way to change the number of columns on the default mega menu style?I'd like to make it fixed at 3 columns, there are currently 5.

Ok, so to center menu items in header when its non sticky, you need to use the following css:#Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) .menu { text-align: center !important; }

But the menu is right becuse fo your custom css, remove the custom css and everything will be fine.
