Is there a possibility to make it with the language menu?

yes, it is possible of course. You can set up secondary menu instead of social icons under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.

We are sorry but it is not possible to make it full width because both (logo and menu) are inside the same wrapper that is not full width.
