it is too close, because you simply have too many menu items in header. So or you will remove some of your main menu items and move them under submenu or you need to decrease side padding of menu item

yes, it's an option where you can put any text or image but this option works only with Magazine and Creative header styles.

We thought that you mean to add just one page menu. But if you want to re-create Be|Book demo, then watch instructional video first where everything was explained.

Looks like you didn't set the menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section and that's why all pages display.
