Hi i would ask if is possible , and if it is, how, can i make icon button with a popup window with some text inside?thank you so much.

a page with the sticky menu is: http://www.wpvideo.nl/jollyboothtest/hosts/

There is no such choice in any of my menus.

you can do this using Responsive Menu Initial Width option under Theme options > Responsive section.

To display responsive menu instead of regular one, you need to change the value of Responsive Menu Initial Width option under Theme options > Responsive section.

under Appearance > Menus section, under each menu item, you have Open link in a new window/tab option responsible for opening menu items in new window.
