Ok, got it. So to increase width of sub-menu items, you need to use the following css:#Top_bar .menu li ul li { width: 250px !important; }

Everything we try, this seems to make the top menu disappear from the site completely!

I would also be open to creating a whole new theme just like the Be theme that would only have templates for internet marketers. 

But even if I chose another non-transparent layout of the header, it will always appear black. Where can i change the header background to white?

After update theme to 14.0.1 we have issues with transparent colour in main menu. All * items in menu-main-menu-container are without background.

you can add them into Action Bar (above menu) in the right top corner just like on our demo.

replacing icon with an image, requires files customization. But if you don't know how to do this, you can always replace icon with MENU text under Theme options > Responsive section.
