to change this color, you need to use an extra css:#Top_bar #menu ul li.submenu .menu-toggle { color: #000 !important; }

To change font size of menu items, you need to use:#Top_bar .menu > li > a { font-size: 15px !important; }

contact details and social icons can be added into Action Bar only what you can do under Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.

if you want to center menu, you need to use Stack: Center header type. Please notice that it's not possible to center menu with other types of header.
