Ok. So the background color of your action bar, comes from Theme options > Colors > Menu & Action Bar section. Of course, you must have CUSTOM skin selected as only then, colors

It's because you use sticky mobile menu. This is how it works. If you want regular mobile menu like we have on our demo, we suggest to remove this sticky feature under Theme options > Responsiv

You simply got not enough space in header and that's why this is how it looks like. So or you will remove some menu items, or you need to decrease space between menu items with extra but it won't look

if you want to display slider 1st and then menu, you should set Menu Below Slider under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.
