Mega Menu can be assigned to custom header only and not built-in headers. This is how it supposed to work so all works fine here. 3Dprint don't have custom header built with header builder.

From what I can see, you have default side menu which is very basic one. If you want to customize it as you like, then I strongly encourage you to build own Sidebar menu with built-in Sidebar Menu Bui
