If you are using a Creative header style, it will appear on the bottom of it.

Please, open this slider, select the layer with the image, go to Layer options -> Style, and there you will be able to change it.

Please, open the wrap options that contain this text, and it should be set as the Background | Image.

1) The Header Builder has strict breakpoints for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile. Also, there is no option to have a hamburger menu/side slide with this plugin.

Your menu and shop look good, and I am not sure what you are referring to.

Can you send a screenshot showing this doubled navigation menu?

The browsers do not have an option to open the .doc/.rtf files, and we cannot do much about that because it is not theme-related.

2) Please open the section options that contain these boxes, select Equal Height | items in wrap, and check if the display becomes what you wanted to achieve.

but nothing new appears?maybe because of the menu type i have selected?

When the link to anchor on the menu is clicked, page will scroll to an incorrect section of the page - and not to the corresponding anchor link.

I installed woocommerce and my menu became weird, its kind of off placement and weird spacing between the letters.

when I open it in firefox the video on the home page looks like a slide and not a video.

The issue is that .pdf files open in a new tab but not .doc/.rtf

But as a workaround I recommend you to use a sidebar with a menu widget.
