I tested it on Safari on Mac, Firefox and Chrome, they all displays the header with menu correctly, I cannot notice that issue.

i was able to set the width with some css however how do I make the menu center instead of off to the left? 

I was able to make the columns however how do I set the width of the size of the menu dropdown? it is stretching the entire width of the website and not just under the menu item.
