Posts do have menu order, but by default you don´t see it in the backend as it seems. There are plugins with which you could manipulate the order of posts.

I set the Google Fonts as local fonts. And I found, when the home page opens, the local fonts are loaded. But when other page open, the local fonts are not loaded.
