You can have dropdown menu list in the WPML using BeTheme easily.

We sometimes also add the 'BUY NOW' button as the last menu item, be sure to go to apperance>menus and check there as well.

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
