There must be a bug somewhere. See recording, no matter which browser or device i try this happens every time. And client reports the same:

I'm using a transparent header. There is a blue line where, I believe, the Top Bar border bottom is. The color adjustment in the theme options doesn't effect this. I need to get rid of that line.
