Hi I am trying to adjust the height of the menus and cannot seem to find the right place to adjust it,

I created a one page scrollable site that uses a split top menu. Top menu hyperlinks "scroll" down to each respective section on home page.

The issue somehow has resolved itself but I am now left with a bar under the menu which isn't there on any other pages. Also, when I resize my browser it leaves a significant space between the header

That's because you set a custom menu in the "Social Menu Top".You would have to remove that menu to display socials on top - you cannot show both at the same time.Thanks
