Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

Let say i want to hide "legal information page" off the menu, how do i remove it since appearence>menu and the plugin Exclude page from menu"doesnt work.

Thanks so much for the help.  I have removed the custom css and the logo is still missing and the menu and logo are missing on the inner pages. (Ex: http://69.175.39.90/~marblebackup/catalog/)
