sub menu for a page... So you can have a menu somewhere on the page that is only for that page instead of scroll.

Our menu looks very strange as there is this error and a full page with white under it... and the webpage content is pushed down so you need to scroll to see content.

The menu still disappears in Chrome and Safari. All caches were cleared, and the problem still existed in incognito mode.
