In Appearance -> Menus, you must edit the menu assigned for the hamburger menu and add these links there.

This seems to have done the trick, but now there's a gap at the top of the slider that shows the sticky menu behind it. I'll get to the bottom of it.

Is there a way to fix this problem with menu and under menu (too big space space between menu and under menu) ?

Your screenshot shows the main menu. Please check my screenshot again. You should open a dropdown menu with a menu list, and there you should find a menu with social icons.
