what do you mean by "when it becomes visible", the secondary menu is used in magazine and split header styles.

This could be server limits but we wntered your website and the menu is appearing as well as testimonials.

OK.  I imported all content when I setup the theme.  Is the menu hover not working part of the intended finished import?  If not, you might want to log this as a bug.

There is an option for that in appaerance>menus. You have to first click on page options, screen: http://prntscr.com/i143kh and enable 'link target' option.

sorry but there is not much that can be done, you simply have too many(too long) menu items and they do not fit.
