You can create another menu and select it to display only on mobile, in theme options>reponsive>header.

AND in the mobilphone the Second menu "Home     Support forum    Buy it now    Contact" dissapears. How can I show it in the "hamburger menu" / mobile menu?

you can use the contact form 7 plugin to create this submit form. The same plugin we use to create the contact forms on your page. You will find in your wordpress dashboard menu.

If you use the split header, then you must have two menus. One left and one right.

#Top_bar .menu > li ul { display: block !important; }
