Setting the pages in the menu does not mean that they have their hierarchy set, you have to do it manually.

the minimalist header style does not have a shop cart by default, it is only available in the drop down menu.

If you go on iphone (not sure other mobile browsers than safari) to the page bottom (must be full bottom) there is a problem with opening the main menu.

you can set the slider in the page options from a dropdown menu. Please edit the main page and you will find it.
