Dear BeTheme Support,
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with your product and support process.
I recently attempted to register the BeTheme I legitimately purchased through ThemeForest, only to be hit with this ridiculous error:
"Registration limit exceeded. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page."
This is unacceptable. I paid for a license and now I’m being blocked from using it because of arbitrary and unexplained limits? There was absolutely no clear indication about this restriction during the purchase process, and now I’m left hanging with no access and no solution.
I don’t have time to jump through hoops just to use something I legally bought. Fix this issue immediately or provide me with a full explanation as to why my registration is being blocked, and what steps you are going to take to resolve this ASAP.
Looking forward to a quick and proper response. Please don’t make me regret buying your theme.

It does not recognize the license keys because it says that the username is different.
